A view of the latest addition to the Element Cargo Liner - The Chair Cutout Flaps! The flaps easily lift to gain access to the chair wells, making it simple to have your chairs in the up position or the down position... one or both! Has holes at the end of each hinge to prevent ripping the material. This is an option when you order your Cargo Liners. If you purchase the full element liner without the cutout flaps, absolutely do not attempt to put the seats down because they will not be locked into the chair wells as they are designed. Always take note to remove the filler strips before putting seats in the down position.
